WHO WE ARE

IHP is a female owned and operated medical practice, created to care for the medically complex geriatric population. Since conception, we have continued to diversify and expand. We now provide home based care, post acute care, as well as consulting and telehealth services. 

Our goal is to incorporate the fundamentals of our profession into the core of this venture. Each and every day we strive to demonstrate these values in the way we run our business and care for our patients.
